By registering, logging in, or using the platform in any way, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully in its entirety.

Nagat88 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised and registered users will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nagat88. This is not just a rule — it is our firm commitment to never provide gaming services to minors. Nagat88 may request identity documents or other verification at any time to confirm a user's age.

It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legally permitted in your country or region. Nagat88 does not provide services to users in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. If an account is opened in violation of local laws, Nagat88 reserves the right to close that account and forfeit any remaining balance.

Account Registration & Verification

One Account Per Person Policy

Each individual may only hold one Nagat88 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is also prohibited.

Providing Accurate Information

During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in Nagat88 closing your account and withholding any deposited funds at any time. For large withdrawals, a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence may be required.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Nagat88 support immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Nagat88 supports transactions via popular Bangladesh mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as cryptocurrency payments. A minimum deposit amount applies — currently BDT 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. However, identity verification or security checks may occasionally cause delays. The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

Please Note: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering conditions have been met.

Bonus & Promotional Offers

Nagat88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for regular users, including Welcome Bonuses, Deposit Bonuses, Free Bets, Cashback, and Loyalty Points. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

Accepting a bonus requires you to meet specific wagering requirements. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x and you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus, you must place BDT 10,000 in bets before making a withdrawal. Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days.

Claiming the same bonus multiple times, using fake accounts to farm bonuses, or abusing the bonus system in any way may result in the closure of all associated accounts at Nagat88's discretion.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on Nagat88 are final. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — except in certain cases such as the Cash Out feature where applicable. Nagat88 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error prior to the start of an event.

If an event is cancelled or a result cannot be determined, the stake for any bet placed on that event will be refunded to the user's account. Special rules apply to Live Betting — if a bet is not confirmed due to a lost internet connection, it will be considered void.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nagat88:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts
  • Bonus System Abuse or Bonus Hunting
  • Cheating, match fixing, or betting using insider information
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
  • Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users
  • Hacking or any unauthorized access attempt on the Nagat88 system

Any of the above actions may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary, at Nagat88's discretion.

Responsible Betting

Nagat88 believes betting should be purely for entertainment. We do not want any of our users to experience financial or emotional harm as a result of betting. That is why we provide responsible gaming tools.

Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. A self-exclusion option is also available for anyone who needs to take a temporary or permanent break from the platform. If you ever need help, our support team is always ready to assist.

Account Closure

You may request to close your Nagat88 account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Bonus balances are not eligible for withdrawal. Nagat88 also reserves the right to close accounts without notice in the event of a terms violation.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding a bet outcome or any account-related matter, please contact Nagat88 support in the first instance. The support team will endeavor to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, further steps will be communicated.

Please note — all final decisions regarding betting matters rest with Nagat88. Any challenge to a Nagat88 decision must be pursued in accordance with the laws of the country where the platform is licensed.

Limitation of Liability

The Nagat88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Nagat88 shall not be held liable for any service interruptions caused by technical issues, internet disruptions, or any other reason — though every effort will be made to resolve problems promptly. Nagat88 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from betting.
